Ideas Pool is the “tool” that we at AII Data Processing created to adopt innovation as an internal process within our company. This initiative was designed to involve all employees, at all company levels in the idea generation and their implementation process. By stimulating internal idea generation we strengthen our innovation policy and increase the employee engagement at all levels.

We consider the Ideas Pool as one of the key sources for ideas generation at the very first stage of our Product Design System. The idea generation needs to be a constantly ongoing process within the company therefore the management needs to constantly strive to ensure its continuity and fluency. It is considered as a best practice to encourage creativity and idea generation among all company members and to strengthen innovation as a driver for sustainable high growth.
