Katia Nedyalkova joined the company in the beginning of 2002 as a news indexer in the data processing services department. Later on, she worked as a journalist in an English-language project for Italy’s news agency ANSA and took part in various information services projects, where she was able to gain rich experience in the field of business journalism, news writing and editing.

As a current project manager of different editorial outsourcing projects she seeks to ensure that customers get high-quality products and timely content delivery.

In her role of managing editor, Katia provides her team with training and self development opportunities and aims to further improve and optimise the work process, while ensuring smooth execution.
